Pride Dinner

On July 25, the first day of Pride Week during WorldPride Amsterdam, Q-Squared hosted a special Pride Dinner for its community. Around 60 participants joined the evening, which brought together good food, music, games and plenty of opportunities to connect.

One of the highlights was the food, which was prepared entirely by our volunteers. Participants enjoyed a selection of delicious homemade dishes, which received many compliments during the evening. The care and effort that went into preparing the meal made the dinner feel particularly personal and community-driven.

Our volunteers also organised a special programme of games and music, keeping the energy going throughout the evening. The activities encouraged participants to interact, have fun and get to know one another, while the music added a festive touch to the celebration.

For several participants who regularly attend Q-Squared events, the Pride Dinner stood out as something particularly special. A number of them commented that it was the best and most festive event Q2 has organised so far — a wonderful recognition of the work and enthusiasm of everyone involved.
