Two Spelletjesdag Events Successfully Held in May 2026
On May 2 and May 23, Q² organized two successful Spelletjesdag events at the Goethe-Institut Amsterdam. Each event welcomed about 40 LGBTQ+ refugees and asylum seekers living in the Netherlands.
Participants enjoyed a variety of activities, including bingo, table tennis, and bearpong, creating opportunities for social connection, recreation, and community building.
During the May 23 event, participants also came together to celebrate the birthdays of two attendees, adding a festive touch to the day.
This series of events was made possible through the support of Haëlla Stichting and Het Blauwe Fonds.
